What exactly do you mean when you say "you people?" That could be construed as being racist.

It takes a very long time to investigate a murder. He was probably under the police radar for a while and more than likely, detectives have been watching his every move. Obviously, this is a bad dude but until the DNA results came back its innocent until proven guilty. To receive his DNA, they probably watched him for a while and actually more than likely, collected his trash as he threw it out. DNA is on Everything!!!

The victim and suspect had a social relationship, and the suspect had been in the victim's apartment on several occasions prior to the homicide? What took the cops so long to arrest him?

Im sure he was a nice young man turning his life around when this accidental tragedy occurred that he may or may not be responsible for.

I knew him back in the mid 80's and he stole from me. What a piece of $h1T he continued too be. If he is responsible I hope the judge throws the book at him. This is not the only time I have read about him in mischief since the 80's.
