    All they need to do is pull that stome step and replace it with a ramp. Not a big deal.

    That's a rude thing to say about folks with handicapped tags. Did you ever consider that they were overweight because they couldn't excercise due to their handicap? Don't be so judgmental - what goes around comes around and you should be wary. As to the ramp for the Candy Kitchen - there is only one tiny step there and it can be overcome with help.

    they should not put a handicap ramp in. Most people I see in Frederick with handicap tags are obese and they sure don't need a ramp to the candy store.
