Murder-suicide in Dearbought neighborhood
Frederick police found the body of Tina Marie Winkley, 31, who died from a blow to the head delivered by her husband, George Barry Winkley, 55, inside their home in a Dearbought subdivision. Frederick police said he used a household tool to murder his wife before overdosing on pain medications. Police ruled the case a murder-suicide.
