Police: Woodsboro woman murdered
Deputies discovered Pamela Lynn Hahn, 45, dead from gunshot wounds inside her house on Wood Street in Woodsboro.
The Frederick County grand jury indicted Charles Eugene Hahn, 57, on a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of his wife.
The jurors also indicted Hahn on charges of first-degree sex offense and use of a handgun in a crime of violence.
Hahn is accused of shooting Pamela Hahn in the face as 911 dispatchers listened.
If convicted, Hahn faces the death penalty.
