Changes in USDA lending will impact real estate market

Home sales were down in November, and foreclosures were up in Frederick County.

Home sales in the county totaled 216, down from 240 in October, according to RealEstate Business Intelligence. Foreclosures, according to RealtyTrac, were up 42 percent at 186 in November.

    Plenty of houses matching Frederick's wages- fixer uppers and older townhomes. New border development for MoCo wages. Frederick wages provide the infrastructure.

    Why is it that what he means is perfectly clear to me?

    There are too many homes on sale now we need to stop building they say, not saw a typo. It is in the news that people don't want Blaine and the commissioners, aka friends, to allow developers to build anymore homes.

    Lots of peole think we have too many homes for sale now, a good thing to stop more housing , they saw.Its in the news against blaine and friends on too many new homes.
