Finding the best burger in Frederick could be a quixotic assignment, we told ourselves early on in our quest. Frederick's restaurants are practically bursting at the seams with fat, juicy burgers. There are just too many options to choose from and ways to measure: a slow-cooked burger in a bar or restaurant and a quick takeout order in a fast-food dive might be like comparing apples to oranges.
