The deadline to register to vote in Frederick 's Nov. 3 general election is today.City residents have until 4 p.m. to submit voter registration applications. Eligible voters must be U.S. citizens, residents of the City of Frederick and 18 by the Nov. 3 election. Registration applications are available in county libraries, the Motor Vehicle Administration, Frederick Community College and all U.S. Post Offices. The form can also be found online. Residents can also register at the Frederick County Board of Elections located in Winchester Hall, 12 E.
