Dear Friend,

I know you might think that the world is coming to a end. I am here to tell you, there is hope. I want to welcome you to the sisterhood of amazing women. Here is my advice on becoming a superwoman:

1. get a bigger boob size

2. have faith, family and friends

3. embrace the color pink

4. create a journal to write down your journey

5. never give up..there is light at the end of the tunnel

6. dont stop living your life..have some adventure

7. remember you are not alone

Good Morning America,

I know I have been missing in action. I wanted to give you some updates:

1. I had minor surgery on Oct. 27th. I got new eyeballs (nipples); they used the skin from my inner thigh.

2. I started the five-year medicine called tamoxifin. It's a hormone blocker. The other five-year medicine is gosserlin, that is a injection in the stomach every 12 weeks. The Dr. said I might start menopause. I hope I don't get hot flashes on the train.

3. I went to a retreat over the weekend for breast cancer survivors. It was wonderful. I even met someone close to my age. We laughed, cried and rejoice. I walked a labyrinth. It was a circle maze. The food was great.
