For those suffering acute and chronic pain, a new medical practice may be what you are looking for.Newbridge Spine & Pain Center has opened at 196 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 215. The practice is headed by Dr. Jay Gonchigar, who has been serving the community in pain management for 12 years. The new site is 4,500 square feet with private examination rooms, designated patient education areas and an advanced procedure suite. The practice also includes Dr. Majid H. Ghauri, Dr. Mohamed K. Youssef and Dr. F. Craig Littlejohn. Gonchigar completed his medical training, including a fellowship in pain management, and held a faculty position at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. He was a founding member of Capital Area Pain Management Associates in 1999. Newbridge Spine & Pain Center is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
