NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Re: Frederick County Purchasing
Regulations and Rules
The Board of County Commissioners (Board) of Frederick County, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. (or soon thereafter) in the third floor meeting room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to consider an ordinance enacting updated Frederick County Purchasing Regulations and Rules.
Copies of the proposed ordinance, including the regulations and rules, may be obtained from the Office of the County Manager, Third Floor, Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 or by contacting the Division of Finance / Department of Purchasing, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 (301-600-1069).
The Board may modify the ordinance, including the regulations and rules, in whole or in part before enactment.
Individuals will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. Comments will be limited to five (5) minutes per speaker.
Persons requiring special accommodations for this public hearing are requested to contact the County Manager's Office at 301-600-1100 (TTY: Use Maryland Relay) to make the necessary arrangements no later than three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
