A woman living with advanced lung cancer, Felicia Monticelli is tapping into treatments available only at the country's top cancer institutions, without having to leave Frederick more than a few times a year. Despite a history of needing to be seen anywhere from daily to every three weeks since 2005 to manage her disease, she is able to do this.
