Dive teams resumed efforts today to recover a body at the Lake Linganore dam, authorities said.

Rocks, debris and the water temperature also made the recovery difficult, Cpl. Jennifer Bailey said. During the recovery process, debris had to be removed for the safety of the workers and to reach the victim, Bailey said during a briefing this afternoon.
