Frederick’s Blowe, Urbana’s Yoon rely on mental toughness to come away with titles
There was such intense, palpable pressure. By the time the four singles finalists in the Frederick County tennis tournament took the court Saturday at Baker Park, relief finally seemed to be in sight.
