terrilynn62: Thanks. Yes, it looks like she's on there now. I still don't understand the attempted murder charge. Unless I am not reading the case record correctly, it looks like that charge was dropped. Granted, Ms. Fatka has plenty of other reasons to be on this list.

Firedupterp: The reason Fatka is not on the list - at least not for that case - is because, as per the judiciary database, the case filed on 1/27/09 as closed.

How is it that Paula Fatka with an attempted 2nd degree murder charge is not a "most wanted"? I think that whoever put together this has a skewed sense of priorities. And have to love the article that came out over the week end that says the "most wanted list" celebrates 50 captures, as if the list was the sole reason for the captures. What a crock......
