Mrs. Ruth O. Drummer

Mrs. Ruth O. Drummer, 84, of Buckingham's Choice in Adamstown, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Willis S. Drummer, whom she married Sept. 6, 1947.

Born July 22, 1925, in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. and Florence Adler Ohlendorf.

Mrs. Drummer graduated from Eastern High School. She had been employed with the Pennsylvania Water and Power Co.

There will be no calling or visiting at Robert E. Dailey & Son Funeral Homes, P.A., 1201 N. Market St., Frederick.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at the funeral home.

Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family requests that memorials be made in memory of Mrs. Drummer to Buckingham's Choice Residence Assistance Fund, 3200 Baker Circle, Adamstown, MD 21710.
