Surviving are his wife, Susan; his son, Tyler Lewis; and his daughter, Sheridan, all of Gettysburg; his mother, Marilyn Varner, and his stepfather, Robert Varner, of Oklahoma City, Okla.; his father, Robert F. Lain Sr., and stepmother, Amelia Lain, of Big Piney, Wyo.; his sister, Christy Andrews, of Oklahoma City, Okla.; his maternal grandmother, Joann Black, of Flathead Lake, Mont.; and 11 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Camryn; his maternal grandfather, Joseph Black, of Flathead Lake, Mont., his paternal grandparents, Buck and Linnie Lain, of Big Piney, Wyo.

Bob was a master electrician and owned his own company in Frederick. He loved riding his new motorcycle, fishing and his summers spent in Flathead Lake, Mont.

Funeral services are being handled by Monahan Funeral Home, Gettysburg, and will be private and at the convenience of the family.
