The Frederick Police Department anticipates charging four male Maryland School for the Deaf students in the alleged sexual assault of a male student on Oct. 27.Three of the students are juveniles and one is an adult, Sgt. Jason Keckler said. All four lived in the same dormitory as the alleged victim. Keckler did not release the possible charges against the four. In an e-mail last week, school Superintendent James Tucker said an assembly was held the day after the alleged assault and a letter was sent to parents and guardians.
