We want your cookies ... and other holiday recipes
The approaching holidays have many of us getting out our favorite recipes as we entertain family and friends or plan our gift-giving.
We would like to share your favorite holiday recipes for cookies, appetizers and everything in-between with our readers.
The recipes will appear in the November 11 and December 3 issues of Seasonal Showcase, a special supplement to The News-Post.
In addition to the recipe, we would like you to write a brief description of why the recipe is special. Was it your grandmother's
fruitcake recipe that she brought from her native country? Is it a recipe for pancakes that you always serve Christmas morning? And,
if you have a photo of the recipe being prepared, or people enjoying the final result, send that too.
The deadline is October 17.
