Seaman Recruit Joseph Wolfen, son of Chris and Tina Wolfen of Walkersville, graduated from Basic Training at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, in Great Lakes Ill., on Sept. 18, 2009. He is currently in school at Pensacola Naval Air Station in Pensacola, FL., where he is training to be an Aviation Ordnanceman. Aviation Ordnanceman operate and handle aviation ordnance equipment. They are responsible for the maintenance of guns, bombs, torpedoes, rockets, and missiles. While in "A" school Joe will also study aviation theory and skills, along with electronic troubleshooting. “IYAOYAS” Joe! Love Mom & Dad!
