Mother, Clara D. Harris was born, raised and spent her entire life in Frederick. Mother was a GOD-fearing lady who instilled the knowledge of who we are in CHRIST in each of her children. Mother left a hard legacy to follow. Thank you City of Frederick for acknowledging her efforts and dedication in attempting to make the community a better place for everyone by naming The Clara D. Harris Community/Pal Center in her honor.
