Frederick is home to an Army post, but it certainly isn't just an Army town. The Navy, Air Force and Marines also work in and around Fort Detrick, and residents from around the county regularly volunteer to join all four branches.

The Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines all have recruiting centers at the Willowtree Plaza Shopping Center, which have helped hundreds of Frederick County residents prepare for and join the military. Those recruiters are proud to announce that these fine Frederick County men and women have left Frederick for military training.
