Alliance Soccer Club
Alliance Soccer Club (ASC) is a nonprofit organization comprised of local clubs in the Frederick and Northern Montgomery County areas. Each community Club (Frederick Soccer Club, Alliance S.C (formally LUYAA S.C.) and Damascus S.C in the Alliance, while maintaining their own board and or governing bodies, appoints two delegate members from their board/committee to be members on the Alliance committee. This ensures all partners in the Alliance are represented.
Brunswick Junior Baseball
Brunswick Junior Baseball supports teams in Babe Ruth Baseball (ages 13-15) and American Legion Baseball (ages 16-19). Brunswick Babe Ruth teams participate in the Frederick County Babe Ruth league. The Brunswick American Legion team participates in the Western Maryland District.
Brunswick Railroaders Little League
BRLL has been in existence since 1954 and is chartered by Little League Baseball of America. The organization's goal is to instruct, develop, and provide the children of the community with an opportunity to learn and play competitive baseball.
East Frederick Little League
East Frederick Little League is a chartered member of Little League Baseball. The league draws from areas on the east end of the city.
FC Frederick
FC Frederick has placed over 300 players onto college rosters across the country, 140 players onto MD Olympic Development Program teams, and over 1000 players onto Frederick News-Post all-area soccer teams. It's coaching staff includes former collegiate players, current high school coaches, and college coaches.
FCYAA Jr. Cadets
Frederick Cadet Youth Athletic Association is a member of Mountain Valley Youth Football League, and has been in existence since 2008. FCYAA was developed to provide the FHS community with a youth feeder system for its athletic programs.
FredCo Youth Soccer League
FCYSL is an organization of local youth athletic organizations. The purpose of FCYSL is to encourage, to promote and to foster the growth of and appreciation for soccer by providing opportunities for the youth of member programs to participate in organized soccer.
Frederick Adult Co-Ed Softball League
FACSL is a 15-team league made up of teams from all around Frederick County. Games are played on fields at three locations: Essroc, Middletown and Riverwalk.
Frederick American Little League
Frederick American Little League is a chartered member of Little League Baseball. The league draws from areas primarily in the city's west and north ends.
Frederick Area Divers
FAD is a one-meter, springboard diving program for boys and girls ages 6-18 in Frederick. For eight weeks every summer, it provides an instructional environment designed to teach the techniques of the sport.
Frederick G.I.R.L.S. Softball
Frederick Girls Independent Rec League Softball (G.I.R.L.S.) is available to girls age 6 through 15. Our league provides competition with other area Frederick County recreational softball teams participating in the Frederick Girls Softball League. G.I.R.L.S. focus is to provide basic softball skills to young girls that are either new to the sport or looking to advance their ability.

Frederick Men's Lacrosse Assoc.
FMLA was formed in 2010 to offer lacrosse games to graduated seniors and above. The FMLA summer lacrosse program will consist of a 10-game schedule, starting in mid-June and ending in mid-August. All games will be played on Sundays.

Frederick Rugby Football Club
Frederick Rugby Football Club (FRFC) is a community that consists of a men’s team, a women’s team, and a youth program from ages 11-18, and many sponsors, supporters, friends, and family. Frederick RFC is a successful Division II rugby program in the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Union and has been to the playoffs every year since 1998 including a top 4 finish in 2000.
Frederick Soccer Club
The goal of FSC is to enhance a player's skill level, technical abilities and tactical awareness, both as individuals and as team members. With training provided by some of the finest coaches in FredCo, FSC offers players a high-quality, competitive and enjoyable soccer experience.
Frederick Stars Lacrosse Club
Frederick Stars Lacrosse Club is the first premier girls lacrosse club in Western Maryland. The FSLAX story began in 2002 when 25 players and 3 coaches (Robin Abel, Bill Sardella & Mark Snyder) from Frederick County organized a tournament team dedicated to developing players for higher levels of competition. FSLAX is dedicated to teaching the game, developing lacrosse players and preparing players for all levels of play. Over 100 FSLAXers have pursued lacrosse at the collegiate level in 8 seasons and FSLAX is recognized by college coaches across the country who actively recruit FSLAX players for Division I, II & III programs.

FSRC promotes running as a healthy, challenging and enjoyable activity! In other words, it is the organization that supports both runners and race directors in Frederick County.
Frederick Youth Football League
FYFL is a non-profit organization charted to provide a positive after-school program to assist area youth in achieving their highest potential as they develop their skill sets into caring, confident and competent individuals. Each season, approximately 250 children play on six varsity, junior varsity and flag teams.
Linganore-Urbana Youth Athletic Assoc.
LUYAA offers intramural and competitive level year-round sports programs to all interested youth in Southeastern FredCo. League membership totals close to 3,000 families with more than 5,700 participating youth living in, and attending, schools in the LHS, UHS and OHS districts.
Maryland Express Lightning
Maryland Express Lightning is a yearround, family-oriented fastpitch travel softball program for ages 9 and up. The experienced coaching staff prepares young women not only for high school and college softball, but also for life. Experience the finer things softball has to offer without all of the drama.
Mason-Dixon Soccer League
The Mason-Dixon Soccer League is a premier amateur (adult) soccer league encompassing teams from Western Md., Southern Pa., and W.Va.
Myersville Junior Baseball League
MJBL offesr challenging and fun baseball from T-ball through kid pitch. It is associated with Tri-County Baseball for T-ball through 12-year-old teams and Babe Ruth for its 13-year-old through 18-year-old teams.
Potomac Valley Youth Assoc.
PVYA was founded in 1979 and offers both intramural and competitive level sports year round to the youth in the Brunswick High School feeder area. Youth sports programs include fall and spring soccer, spring lacrosse, spring softball, winter basketball, cross-country and track.
Spires Lacrosse Club
SLC was formed for the purpose of furthering the cause of youth participating in the Spires Lacrosse Program. SLC is part of the Western Maryland Youth Lacrosse Conference
Terror Fastpitch Softball Inc.
TFSI is a nonprofit select fastpitch softball organization fielding teams in the girls 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U age groups. TFSI is sanctioned in USSSA and ASA. Each team will play 6-7 spring and summer tournaments per season, along with the possibility of playing a couple fall tournaments and attending a national event. Tryouts are normally held every August, but individual tryouts can be arranged by contacting TFSI through its website. TFSI is based in Frederick County.
Tuscarora Jr. Titans Football & Cheerleading
Tuscarora Football competes in the MVFL. The program offers football for players 4 through 14 years of age. The program is for all players that go to school in the Tuscarora High feeder district.
Urbana Jr. Hawks Baseball & Softball
The Urbana Jr. Hawks league strives to provide a fun, fair and positive experience for all participants, while teaching basic sport fundamentals, proper sportsmanship and the opportunity to learn different positions in baseball and softball.
Western Md. Youth Lacrosse Conference
The Western Maryland Youth Lacrosse Conference provides a lacrosse league for boys and girls of all ages and experience levels. It is focused on supporting lacrosse in the immediate western Maryland area.
