Jonathan Thomas had 20 points while Seth Kraham added 19 as the Titans thumped the Panthers.
Justin Bowens added 10 points and six assists for Tuscarora (12-3, 6-0 Chesapeake). Wayne Craig had six blocks with four assists.
Tuscarora won the JV game, 61-41, behind Andrew Rollins' 21 points.
New Life 48, Grace 34
Sherard Johnson scored 16 points with 16 rebounds in the Rams' win, while Cody Hamrick contributed 14 points and five blocks. Ryan Conners had four assists for New Life (7-10).
MSD 70, CVCS 50
CUMBERLAND -- Michael Mabashov had 16 points and 10 assists to lead the Orioles (12-11) past Cumberland Valley Christian School (16-4).
Ryan and Todd Bonheyo each added 16 points for MSD.

BALTIMORE -- Dominic Clarke won two individual regional titles and ran on a winning relay team, helping Tuscarora's boys place second in the Class 3A West Region Championship meet.
Clarke won the 300-meter dash in 37.45 seconds and won the 500 in 1:11.50. Clarke, Kevin Johnson, Chase Holmes and Fabian Gonzales won the 1,600 relay with a time of 3:41.37.
Tuscarora's John Steinhardt won the 55 high hurdles (8.19), and Channing Edwards won the high jump (5-9).
Other Titans who placed were: Gonzalez (fourth in the 300; sixth in the 500); David Becker (second in pole vault); and Da'Von Vinson (third in pole vault). The 800 relay team of Gonzalez, Dillon Vesper, Billy Kemp and Clarke placed second.
Tuscarora's girls placed sixth. Titans who placed were: Victoria Kennedy (second in the 55 dash, third in the 300); Courtney Gray (second in the shot put, fifth in the high jump); and Sarah Headland (sixth in the 1,600 and 3,200 runs). The 1,600 relay team of Kennedy, Danielle Khoo, Makda Tesfaye and Heather Pritchard) placed sixth.

Round 2: Snow expected to fall today, Wednesday
Fast on the heels of the largest 24-hour snowfall to hit the Frederick County since 1983, meteorologists are predicting another round of heavy snow and wind to hit today.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning Monday afternoon for the area, including Frederick County, and said 10 to 20 inches of snow is possible by Wednesday night.

School closures cause makeup schedule revision
Even though Frederick County Public Schools are closed today -- using the sixth snow day this school year -- the school system will not hold school on the Monday Presidents Day holiday as the first scheduled snow makeup day.

Crowds pay respect to fallen marine
Even U.S. Marines couldn't hold back tears Monday at the viewing of their colleague, Sgt. David Smith.
The procession to the Frederick Christian Fellowship Church was led by Frederick County Sheriff's deputies. Dressed in full military regalia, Marines carried Smith's casket into the church followed by family members as more Marines stood at attention.
