Women's group looking for historical documents

Brigette C. Kamsler, archivist at the Historical Society of Frederick County, is shown recently with documents and photographs from the Womens Republican Club of Frederick County that were donated to the society. Kamsler is holding a letter from first lady Mamie Eisenhower written to the club on Nov. 23, 1954, thanking the club for the gift of a painted tray during a visit to the White House. The historical society is looking for other documents pertaining to the club, which was started in the 1920s.
