We begin by learning about the astrological new year, the Spring Equinox — a period of rebirth, new beginnings, and planting seeds of manifestation through the cycle of the zodiac. Then, we will dive into the energetics of the Spring zodiac signs: Aries, Taurus, and Gemini.

Throughout the experience, we’ll share some plant allies that correspond to the seasons which will include nettles, cayenne, oak, black walnut, blue vervain and mullein. The ultimate goal is to feel into the stages of energetics throughout the year and understand how they are experienced in our bodies and the world around us.
