An anonymous Twelve Step fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. Ages 18 and older.

Do you give up your own needs and identity to meet the needs of others? Do you find yourself making lots of sacrifices for another's happiness, but not getting much in return? Do you try to exercise power over and control others to make yourself feel okay on the inside? If that kind of pattern sounds like you, you don't have to feel trapped.

If you choose to work on recovery, you're beginning an exciting and empowering journey.  There is hope for a new day in the program of Co-Dependents Anonymous.
