Are you seeking a mentor to support and guide you as you explore and pursue a career in a STEM field?W2WM can match you with a mentor and provide access to a supportive community of local, professional women who are currently persisting in STEM careers.
These women have valuable life experiences to share, they are great listeners, have a caring heart and are interested in helping you succeed. By becoming a mentee, you will work one-on-one with a mentor, who will support and guide you through goal development and planning, learn new things about yourself, encourage and empower you, and helping you to take the next steps in your STEM career.
In addition to meeting with mentor regularly, you will also attend virtual workshops about once per month from 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. (usually Tuesday, Wednesdays or Thursdays) with your mentor and the rest of the cohort throughout the academic year.
Submit your application via the listed website link, and Senior Program Assistant Andrea Baker will contact you via email/phone to schedule an interview to give us and you the opportunity to get to know one another and match you with a mentor. This meeting will take place via Zoom. If you have any questions, then contact us anytime!
