Embracing Life in an Age of Ecological Destruction
Bonita teaches permaculture (ecological design), Nonviolent communication (cooperative communication), Reiki (energy work), and gardening. She has led workshops around the world for over 18 years. She facilitates community design projects and does spiritual coaching with individuals. Bonita loves talking to the plants, eating wild foods and dancing barefoot on the Earth.
This session addresses self-care, explores morality along with the global ecological crisis, and asks how to create more meaning through taking care of the life around us.Â
This event is a part of Fox Haven's Healing Circles. Healing circles are based on the holistic philosophy that "the whole is a system that is greater than the sum of its parts." The intention of a healing circle is to invite you to step away from what's going on around you, step away from social isolation and into a safe space with a community of open hearts. All are welcome to participate.
