Festival of Arts

Mathilda Cora, 4, and Alie Pallat, with the Collective Church, work to paint a stool for a project the Downtown Partnership is doing to provide colorful seating at its events. The project was one of dozens at the annual Festival of the Arts along the Carroll Creek Park on Saturday as people were visiting the many artists tents, enjoying live music and a large selection of food.
