Allison Jones, of Adamstown, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the College of Saint Rose, in Albany, New York.

Justin Fellows, of Frederick, made the dean’s list for the fall semester at Springfield College, in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Rebecca Duke, of Ijamsville, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Lasell University, in Newton, Massachusetts.

The following area students made the dean’s list for the fall semester at the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia: Lauren French and Holly Stefanick, of Frederick; Isabel Agostino, of Jefferson; Courtney Vasquenza and Caroline Ward, of Mount Airy; and William Anderson, of Walkersville.

Camille Anne Diamond, of New Market, is a fall graduate of the University of Minnesota, Crookston, Minnesota. Diamond received a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

The following area students were named to the dean’s list for the fall term at Bloomsburg University, of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania: Taylor Beckley, a pre-teacher education, early childhood major from Thurmont; Kathleen Halley, a digital forensics major from Frederick; Adam Hurry, a digital forensics major from Mount Airy; Mckenna Krouse, a biology major from Mount Airy; and Hudson Smith, a pre-teacher education, early childhood education major from Monrovia.

Rachelle Rizkalla, of Darnestown, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s West campus in San Jose, California.

Collin Miller, of Frederick who is studying criminal justice, made the dean’s list for the fall semester at Alvernia University, in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Nathan Krawczyk, of Clarksburg, earned a Master of Education degree from Concordia University, Nebraska, in Seward.

The following area students made the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Madison: Marin Sheehy and Sarah Wilhite, of Frederick; and Sydney Katz, of New Market.

Tabitha Leaman, of Damascus, serves as an intern in the executive offices at Bob Jones University, in Greenville, South Carolina, where she is a senior journalism and mass communication major.

The University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, awarded degrees in its fall commencement on Dec. 12 to the following local students: Asheley Benain, of Laytonsville, bachelor’s in communication and information services; Colin Hynes, of Ijamsville, commerce and business administration; Tiffany Smith, of Laytonsville, human environmental sciences; and Ian Soifer, of Frederick, a Bachelor of Science.

The following area students were named to the president’s list for the fall semester at College of Charleston: Emily Burdette, of Middletown and a public health major, and Kirsten Snyder, of Frederick, a biology major.

Charles Aiden Parrott, of Spring Ridge in Frederick and a 2020 graduate of Oakdale High School, has achieved academic honors for his first semester as a freshman at University of Maryland-College Park, where he is enrolled in the Clark School of Engineering.

Jon Rosario, a pre-industrial design major from Ijamsville, made the dean’s list for the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, in Menomonie, Wisconsin, where he is a freshman.

Sarah Spellane, of Middletown, is a student at Northampton Community College, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
