Downtown hotel and conference center

An architect’s rendering shows the basic look of Frederick’s proposed downtown hotel and conference center. The hotel and conference center buildings are on the right and building on the left is the former Frederick Railroad Terminal, which most recently housed The Frederick News-Post, and is set to become a retail area through renovation. Architects, designers and developers have worked closely with the city’s Historic Preservation Commission to come up with the initial design of the project.
