Campaign information:
1 – Why are you running for this office? (75 words max)
I love political science, history and serving my fellow citizens. I wish to take my knowledge and experience as a commissioner and businessman to Annapolis and represent the culture of my community.
2 – What is the most important issue for Frederick County in this race? How would you address it? (100 words max)
Inflation, energy cost, crime, addiction and mental health, post-pandemic COVID policies. Work to control government spending, which drives inflation. Allocate resources to treat addiction.

Years of political activism and running a business.
4 – What is one major issue the current state House of Delegates has handled poorly and what would you have done differently? (100 words max)
As a Republican entering an institution run by a supermajority Democrat party, I will not comment.
5 – What is the most pressing health care issue in the state? How would you address it? (100 words max)
Insurance cost. More free market forces and less government subsidies.
6 – What is the most pressing public safety issue in the state? How would you address it? (100 words max)
Opioid addiction and crime. Treatment and incarceration.
7 – How well is the state is addressing climate change? What would you do differently? (100 words max)
Joke question? Nature controls the climate.
8 – Do you support widening interstates 270 and 495 and adding tolls? Why or why not? (100 words max)
If it is needed, it must be done.
