A public hearing on the sale of Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center and Montevue Assisted Living was held at FCC Tuesday evening. About 100 people gathered in front of the hearing at the Jack B. Kussmaul Theater to protest the proposed sale of the two facilities. Among the protesters was Montevue resident Lawrence Watson, far right, 95. Watson was also the first member of the public to speak at the hearing. Staff photo by Sam Yu
