Sand Flats Hike — Wednesday, with the Mountain Club of Maryland. 13-mile loop hike starts at the Sand Flats parking area in the Frederick Municipal Forest and will include the Salamander Trail and section of the Catoctin Trail. Details at 443-805-5408.
