Yes, he had a caregiver with him. She apparently was outside trying to buy him another ticket. The officer responding did not give them time before he reacted.
Yes it should be investigated more. Something is amiss about the entire situation.
Did the grand jury find no fault, its our law or was. why was he let alone?? No answer..He cannot be brought back.No intent by police.Do not leave this type person alone loving family.A baby siter type with him??[sad]
Until SOMEONE explains how and why his throat was crushed there needs to be an independent investigation
