Each of the current Rosemont commissioners and the burgess will run for re-election May 4.
At their meeting, the Rosemont commissioners and Burgess Tom Watson nominated one another to continue in their roles. No one from the nine-person audience offered any other names during the nomination period.
The election will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 4 at the Lions Merryland Park.
Nearly a month after the election, the commissioners and burgess will vote on the village's budget.
The current budget proposal has the village spending $49,175 from 2019-2020. The town is projected to bring in total revenue of $65,800, nearly $4,000 less than in 2018-2019.
The loss comes from a decrease in income tax, according to the proposed budget.
