Last month the town of Thurmont was alert enough to notice that I was using more water than normal.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that I had a water main leak. I called Service Line Warranties, which I have had for three years. They could not have been more helpful. In a short time, Mick’s Plumbing ran a new water service.

Mick’s men did a superb job. Problem solved at no cost to me. Thank you to all concerned.

We got a stupifying bill once (Frederick) from an erroneous meter reading that was totally out of line with a twentysomething year history and I had to write an emphatic repudiation. We were two people who would have had to have been living underwater as a lifestyle. No apology.


Good for Thurmond! My advice to you is - don’t ever move to Brunswick and expect that level of attention to detail.
