Maggie Goodwin and Kylie Caretti each had two goals for Urbana (8-1) on Wednesday.
Kasey Beach, Nellie O’Brien, Kacey Draves and Maddy Hillman each had one.
Goalies Danielle McNerney and McKenna Ladson combined for the shutout.
Lacee Donlon had 15 saves for Thomas Johnson.
Urbana won the junior varsity game 7-0.

Andrea Leathers and Maddie Cramer each had two goals for Tuscarora. Bella Dolan had one.
AJ Almeida and Maddie Reece combined for the shutout.

Jacob Montgomery shot a 37 for Walkersville at Clustered Spires Golf Course. Sam Draper led Frederick with a 42.
Urbana 149, Middletown 185
Jacob Ferrari shot a 32 for Urbana at Holly Hills Country Club. Michael Snyder shot a 37 for the Hawks. AnPhi Le shot a 39.
Joe Montgomery shot a 41 for Middletown.
BOYS SOCCER

Drew Strayton had nine saves for St. John’s Catholic Prep (5-2-1).
CROSS-COUNTRY
Patriot Short Course Invitational
Tuscarora’s boys won the Patriot Short Course Invitational at Thomas Johnson.
Jeff Young was second for the Titans boys (10 minutes, 5.6 seconds). Sean Heare was sixth, followed by Romeo Downs, seventh; Thomas Brkovich, 13th; and Jarom Moody, 14th.
Tuscarora was second in the girls meet, led by Aylene Hernandez (third, 12:43.93). Norah Jarrahi took fifth. Polina Kassir finished sixth. Catarina Papaioannou got 16th. Maggie Thompson finished 17th. Briley Sanford was 18th.
MEN’S SOCCER
Frederick Community College’s Chris Manful was named the NJCAA DI National Player of the Week.
Manful scored nine goals with three assists last week. For the season, he has scored 12 goals with five assists.
WOMEN’S SOCCER
Franklin & Marshall 3, Hood 0
Lydia Erickson had three saves for Hood.
COLLEGE FIELD HOCKEY
Wilson 3, Hood 0
Kenzie Blair and Nicole Bennett combined for 11 saves for Hood.
