Megan DeGrouchy had 10 points with seven rebounds, leading host Urbana (6-4, 3-1 CMC Spires) to the win over Thomas Johnson (2-10) on Thursday night.

Hannah Miles had 19 points for the Hawks. Carmen Kweti had nine points with 10 rebounds. Paige Clausen has seven rebounds. Sascha Bravin had five rebounds. Hannah Orens had seven rebounds.

Middletown 53, Smithsburg 24

Saylor Poffenbarger had 16 points with five rebounds and three blocks for Middletown (10-1, 6-0 CMC Gambrill) in a road win. Kate Pusey had seven rebounds.

Middletown won the junior varsity game 49-11. Rachel Lloyd had 16 points for the Knights.

Manchester Valley 34, Linganore 28

Darbe Reesman had nine points for homestanding Linganore (7-5). Allison Byrnes had nine rebounds.

Linganore won the junior varsity game 45-18. Faith Chapman had 12 points for Linganore.

Milca Barou had 10 points with five rebounds for visiting Tuscarora (7-4).

Tuscarora won the junior varsity game 41-27. Mia Hill had 16 points for the Titans.

MSD 38, California SD-Fremont 32

Citrine Lummer had 14 points with seven rebounds and three steals for Maryland School for the Deaf (11-3).

Crystal Salit had 14 points with eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. 

The Orioles play California SD-Riverside on Friday in the semifinals.

Jory Valencia had 16 points for Maryland School for the Deaf (10-3) at Indiana SD in Indianapolis.

The Orioles' Miguel Pavao had 14 points with 12 rebounds. Ethan Guettler had five rebounds. Jaden Joseph had six rebounds, six steals and four assists. Enow Otto had four assists and three steals. Zion Ortiz had three steals. Jamaal Porter had five rebounds. Amaree McKenstry had five rebounds.

The Orioles play California SD-Fremont in Friday's semifinals.
