CRANK UP THE COLOR Fran Martin Dixon, an artist of more than 40 years from Virginia Beach, Virginia, right, and her sister Janet Fittro touch up colorful beach and wildlife paintings Friday. They were setting up their display in Thurmont’s Community Park in preparation for the return of the town’s Colorfest Saturday and Sunday. Thousands are expected to fill the town and surrounding areas for the annual event that was not held last year due to the pandemic.

Had the pleasure of going to the Colorfest this year! What a great day we had today and was able to see the beautiful work right here in the picture here. Wow wish I could have afforded one of these. :)
