Addressing the drug problem will help a lot. Most of these shooters are drug users.

Well, you are certainly not safe in hospitals. You are about 500 times more likely to be killed by medical error or a fatal infection than dying in a mass shooting.


And, if cars were banned it might be that neither the El Paso or Dayton shootings would have occurred. The killers used cars to get to their killing sites.


There were a lot of crashes at that intersection. My next door neighbor was killed there. I saw many drivers whizzing through that intersection not observing the stop sign. And, I saw a lot of teen age drivers who don't regard stop signs as mandatory, just a suggestion.
